My name is Fabian Rubio, a chef and culinary consultant with over 17 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry. I began my training at a culinary school in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and have since refined my skills working at renowned hotels such as Mayan Palace, Barceló, Now Amber, Secrets, and Plaza Pelícanos, as well as acclaimed restaurants like Café des Artistes, The Blue Shrimp, and Rosa Mexicano.

My career also expanded internationally in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area, where I worked with establishments including The Grand Hotel, Cupertino Hotel, La Joya, The Basin, Asa Restaurant, Firehouse Grill & Brewing, and Off The Rails. These experiences have strengthened my expertise in professional cooking, team leadership, menu design, process standardization, and cost control.
Today, I bring together my passion for gourmet cuisine and strategic insight to offer high-end catering services and personalized consulting for culinary businesses that aim to stand out.
